Sue's Family Hair Co
Nancy was a salon client Of Sue’s Family Hair Co. In Batavia. She was one of our favorites. Nancy actually had an appointment today. We are all in shock and don’t ever want to forget her. Nancy is was one of the nicest caring people I have ever known. So sad and disturbed that this has happened.

I had the privilege of talking with Nancy for over an hour every other week for the past 9 years while I did her nails. She shared many stories of her 3 boys that she was so proud of. I feel like I know each of them. She expressed over and over how happy she was that her boys were happy, growing up, getting jobs, and serving our country. She listened to each of us at the salon and what was going on in our lives, as she told us about hers. I always looked forward to her coming in to the salon because I could count on her to drop the F-bomb like no other! I always felt in a good mood and like I had a good laugh after she left. I have always thought of Nancy as much more than a client, but as a great friend. I cannot express how deeply sorry I feel for her and her family that this tragedy has happened. I miss her deeply already. I know that I am not family, but she was a part of our salon family, and we loved her.

Our thoughts for Nancy, family and friends are only just a small part of a huge loss to the family and her friends. I can only hope that time will heal all the pain. I knew Nancy as a work professional. Rest in peace,
