Josie was indeed one of the kindest, sweetest ladies I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. May she rest in peace and show them how to dance in heaven. My thoughts prayers are with Gilberto and family.

Josie Soto was my coworker at Kennedy High School 2006. She was a kind, funny, easy to talk to, and loving friend to me at Kennedy H.S. She was patient when training me in the cafeteria. We often prayed and shared the Word of God. I am blessed to have known her. I didn’t know she had passed. I’m just finding out. My heart is saddened 😔. She was a caring and thoughtful person, I will always remember her in this way. ‘Thank you for your kindness Josie!’ Though it’s June 2023, I pray comfort and strength for her husband Gilberto and Family. 🙏🏽

Happy birthday Momma. I miss you so much. Thank you for showing me love. Thank you for showing me how a parent should love, raise, and be in their children’s lives. Most importantly, thank you for giving my kids the greatest memories. For being a GRANDMA. You made such an impact on my kids and Nannie’s kids. We are so grateful for the time we had with you. I am so grateful for everything you taught me. You instilled so much in me that reflects on my daily life and had helped me be who I am today. I love you so much momma.
-love Andy.
