Diana J. Fishleigh (nee Janeczko), 66, of Belvidere passed away peacefully Friday, July 8, 2016. Born September 5, 1949 in Chicago. Daughter of Charles and Sophie (Jarmakowicz) Janeczko. Loving mother of Michelle (Fishleigh) Tovar of Belvidere and Ken (Heather) Fishleigh of Poplar Grove. Proud grandmother- “Wunga” of Ally, Lexi, Alex, Kohl, Kenlee, Maddy and J.R. Sister of Janice (Glenn) Williams and Ken (Barb) Janeczko. Aunt Di to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Charlie.
A very special thank you to the caring staff of Maple Crest Care Centre and Heartland Hospice. Per Diana’s wishes, her body was donated to Life Legacy for medical research and education. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Diabetes Association or Heartland Hospice Care is greatly appreciated.
