Antonia Perez Carrillo, Age 80 passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Chicago. Antonia is survived by her cherished children: Manuela (Juan Alba)Pérez, Ramon (María Guadalupe) Pérez, Manuel (Irene) Pérez, Ernestina (Hilario Mercado) Pérez, Honorio Pérez, Ricardo (Leticia Almaguer) Pérez, Abel Pérez, Azucena (Víctor Olvera) Perez, and Álvaro (Valentina) Pérez. Proud Grandmother of 38, Great grandmother of 64 and Great Great Grandmother of 2. Antonia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, +Ramon Perez Sr., her grandsons:†Edgar Mercado & †Richard Perez Jr. Her beloved parents: †Jose Carrillo & †Santos Avila; brothers and sisters: †Isidro Carrillo, †Vicenta Carrillo, †Guadalupe Carrillo & Eliseo Carrillo.
Visitation: Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Hursen Funeral Home, 4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prayers at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Service: Friday, February 12, 2021 family and friends who will be accompanying the family to the funeral mass 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Tepeyac Church, 3047 W Cermak Rd, Chicago, IL 60623, must register to attend funeral mass. There will be a list at the funeral home to sign in and those attending mass must register and only 140 members will be allowed inside of church. Burial will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 S. Wolf Rd. Hillside, IL.

No Children under 13 years old can be accommodated for safety reasons. For those wishing to pay their respects at the funeral home, only 10 people at a time will be allowed in the visitation chapel of the Funeral Home, Funeral Associates will be directing those paying respects upon entering the Funeral Home. ALL ATTENDEES must cover using mouth-face mask covers and respect social distancing and use of hand sanitizers.
