Martha M. Gutierrez, born into life March 26,1951 in El Salto, Jalisco. Loving daughter of Maria Reyes Amante Noriega and the late Jose Dolores Gutierrez Moreno. She was born into eternity on the morning of May 15, 2020 in Chicago, IL. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Antonio Gutierrez. Her children Anthony (Carolyn) Gutierrez, Malaquias Gutierrez, Alejandro Gutierrez, Rosa Maria (Jose Sianes) Gutierrez and the late Alberto Gutierrez. Her Loving Sisters and Brothers.
Martha was also a very loving grandmother to Angelica, Anthony, Malaquias, Natalie, Alberto, Romeo, Alejandro, Denise, Ceasar, Danielle Gutierrez, Dahlia, Alexandra, Alberto, Alynna and Gina Sianes. Martha came to the United States at an early age, she lived most of her early life in Pilsen, in a small neigborhood in Chicago IL, where she raised her 5 children. She was a dedicated mother, and a dedicated worker, always working to provide for her family. She worked all her life until she reached the age of retirement. Martha reached the hearts of many, with her heart of gold, a true genuine soul always willing to help others. A strong woman who had many hard obstacles in life, yet never gave up the true definition of a warrior.
Martha leaves behind loving memories to be cherished by all who loved her.If you ask anyone what Marta enjoyed doing most, they would answer by saying that she enjoyed family reunions with all her loved ones, especially spending time with her grandchildren, she gave that good Grandmother loving that we all will miss. She showed us all unconditional love.
She was that good friend that was always there to listen, to comfort, and to give advice, she was one anyone would enjoy having a good cup of coffee with.
She was a nurturer, a source of comfort, a protector, a woman with words of wisdom, she was the foundation of our family, the glue that held us all together. Her home was a happy welcoming place, you can walk in and find peace, she always made us feel that an invitation was never needed, she would welcome all with her open arms, and her joyous smile,
She was our chef for all the family Holidays, whipping up her famous tamales, that we all enjoyed. She was our singer, she loved to karaoke and we enjoyed hearing her belt out her favorite songs. She was an encourager always letting us all know how proud she was of our accomplishments, and if things got tough she would encourage us to keep pushing and not give up.
Things that Martha felt proud of, was that she became a homeowner in 2015, her hard work had finally payed off and she was so overwhelmed with joy when that moment finally came to her. She loved being in her garden admiring all her beautiful flowers. Her kind, genuine, loving soul will always be with us, and she will be missed dearly. I can hear her now telling us all to stay strong and always look up once in a while and remember her with a smile and with sincere joy. Take comfort knowing that she is now resting peacefully and waiting patiently for the day we will all reunite. Anyone that was able to hold a piece of her heart, has already been blessed in the biggest way.
