Roberto “Cheeta” Matos age 67 passed away peacefully his lovely wife at his side, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at John H. Stroger Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
Roberto is survived by his loving wife: Blanca H. Matos (nee Guerra), his cherished children: Roberto (Ana) Matos, Linda (José) Urquieta, Vanessa Matos, Sandra Matos and Miguel (Sylvia) Matos. Proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren: Romeo, Dayvion, Ryan, Alani, Yaneli, Yazlyn, DeAnjaleez, Cesar, Daralyss, Anthony and Michael. Loving son of Clary and the late Jose Matos. Loving brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Roberto will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
Visitation: Monday, April 23, 2018 from 2:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Holy Trinity located at 1850 South Throop Street, Chicago, Illinois 60608. Funeral Service: Tuesday, April 24, 2018 Prayers at Holy Trinity at 10 am procession to Providence of God Church, 717 West 18 th Street (Corner of 18th St. & Union ) Funeral Mass 11:00 am. Cremation will be Private.
