James Frederick Dawson, 77, died peacefully Monday,  February 22, 2016 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Harriette Mildred Berg (nee Vaudrin) Age 83 of Willow Springs, passed away February 18, 2016 in LaGrange with her granddaughter at her side after a long struggle with Parkinson's.  She was born November 19, 1932 in Chicago to Lawrence and Gertrude Vaudrin.  Harriette retired from 1st National Bank of Chicago after 27 years as a customer service manager. Alan John Soukup, aged 92, died of natural causes on November 25th, 2015. The second of three sons, he was born July 30th, 1923 to Erwin Rudolph Soukup and Libby Vlasta Hofreiter. Martin (Marty) Bruce Thayer, 56, of Naperville, Illinois passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2015 in a fatal motor vehicle accident. Dorothy E. Harbert, age 93, passed away on January 30, 2016. She was born in the small town of Warroad, Minnesota on February 9, 1922. She was one of twelve children. Dorothy grew up a country girl in Iowa. During the 1930s, she played softball for the Columbia, Belinda, and the Lucas Merchantettes with sisters Agnes and Mary.
