Maria Guadalupe Moreno passed away at the age of 50 years of age on Friday September 17, 2021 from complications involving COVID at Holy Cross Hospital, Chicago, Illinois. Maria was a caring, loving and nurturing shining light. She was relentless in her support to both family and friends who faced their own challenging times. We will miss Maria and we will never forget her beautiful smile and loud laughter which would fill countless rooms. We say goodbye to a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and best friend. She joins her mother, father and brother in eternal peace.
Visitation: Friday, September 24, 2021 at Christian Fellowship Church, 4220 West 59 th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60629 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service: Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Christian Fellowship Church, 4220 West 59 th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60629. Maria will be lying in state till the start of Funeral Mass/Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m.. Burial St. Mary Cemetery, 87th Street and S. Hamlin Avenue, Evergreen Park, Illinois.
