Juan Sifuentes age 59, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago.
Juan is survived by his loving mother Olivia Sifuentes and his brothers, Jesus Jr., Jose and Daniel Sifuentes. Proud uncle of many nieces and nephews. Juan was a good friend to many. Preceded in death by his father †Jesus Gonzalez Sifuentes and his brothers †Santos and Enrique Sifuentes.
Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
