John Pelesh, Age 94, US Army Veteran , passed away on March 12, 2020. Cherished husband of Danuta “Diane” nee Jankowski. Devoted father of George (JoAnn) Pelesh. Proud grandfather of Brady and Henry Pelesh. Loving brother of Eva. Survived by family in Poland and Ukraine. John was preceded in death by his sisters and brothers Anna, Julia, Michael, Mikola and Wasyl.
Visitation will be on Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 10:30 am until time of Mass, 11:15 am at St. Joseph the Betrothed Ukrainian Catholic Church, 5000 N. Cumberland, Chicago. Burial will be at St. Nicholas Cemetery. For info: 630-445-1439.
