Javier “Javi” Lorenzo Ramos, 46, of Franklin Park, Illinois passed away on March 23, 2021. He left this world to be with the Lord.
Javier’s love for his family was his greatest joy in life. Javier is proudly survived by his beloved daughter, Zoe “Guerita” Ramos, 9; his loving father Aaron Ramos; his adoring siblings, Alfredo, Liliana, and Marisa Ramos; his beautiful nieces, Eliana Solis-Ramos and Maya Martinez; and the rest of his ever-loving family and friends. Javier is proceeded in death by his sweet mother, Dominga (nee Garcia) Ramos.
Javier was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from East Leyden High School in 1992. He spent his later years working as an entrepreneur, whose vision, daring, hard work, and good business sense propelled him to success and greatly impacted our world.
Javi had a passion for exercise. He enjoyed participating in 5K runs, going to the gym, and stopping by his favorite Herbalife club for his must-have protein shakes. He was always working hard to take care of himself. This was in part, driven by him surviving a brain aneurysm approximately seven years ago. After overcoming such a tragic diagnosis, he developed a new lease on life and made a promise to himself to live his life to the fullest. He held true to that promise.
Javi was a dedicated father. His greatest accomplishment was his pride and joy, Zoe. She was his world. All that he did, and all that he worked for, was because of his sweet Zoe. He especially enjoyed their weekly Daddy-Daughter dates.
Our hearts are broken at the loss of this warm, funny, enthusiastic, and ever supportive man who made such a difference in the lives of so many.
