The Last Hurrah:
Jackie Baker, May 26, 1938-April 26, 2015. Loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, aunt, sister and fun-loving friend. Jackie was an independent woman of many talents who loved life and all the people she met. Survived by daughters Kim, Kathy, and Kari-jo Provenzano. She had 6 grandchildren and 4 great grand children that were the light of her life.
She was amazing! Jackie had a gift to gab and a heart of love for the underdog. She was funny, witty, charming, and most of all very saucy! Everyone loved to be around her to baste in the crazy personality and one-of-a kind comments that were memorable. Jackie taught you how to be real, how to be unique, how to be an independent woman of pride and dignity. She loved to gamble and taught us how to how to beat the odds of life. She was an inspiration to all who knew her.
We will be celebrating the life of Jackie Baker on Friday, May 1st an Open House from 10-1 at Lake Katherine Center and Botanic Gardens in the O’ Mally Auditorium 7402 West Lake Katherine Drive Palos Heights, Il 60463
