Hector B. Serrano 43, entered into eternal rest on Sunday September 4, 2016. He was born to Mary Lara & Hector Serrano, biological son of Mario Delgado, on August 17, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Serrano was survived by his two children: Destiny and Santiago. He was a loving brother to eight siblings; four sisters: Lena, Sylvia, Beatrice and Preciosa. Four brothers: Alphonso, Joseph, Alejandro and Christopher who proceeded him into heaven on November 10,1998. A caring grandfather to Josiah. An uncle to 28 nieces & nephews. A great uncle to 15 nephews & nieces. Pallbearers will be his Brother; Joseph, Son; Santiago, Nephews; Willie and Roy, Sister; Lena. Brother in law; Jessie, Uncle; Juan (John), Cousins; Alex (Bundy), Jonathan (John O) Friends; Paul (Wezo), Ignacio Jr (Nuno), Victor, Ralo, Sal and Hector.
Visitation will be held Friday from 2-8 pm at Hursen Funeral Home, 4001 W. Roosevelt Rd., Hillside. Funeral Service will be 10 am Saturday at the funeral home. Burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
