Guillermina Mendez, passed away on January 12, 2018. Visitation will be held Monday, January 15, 2018 from 3-8 pm at Salvation Army Midway Corps Community Center, 5036 W. 47th Street in Chicago. Funeral Service will be held 10 am Tuesday at The Center. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery.
