Carlos Guzman Sr., age 53 passed away peacefully at Journey Care Hospice at Rush Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Carlos is survived by his beloved mother Rosa E. Martinez, his devoted older brother Guillermo Guzman, his cherished children Carlos Guzman Jr., Jasmine Gipson and his beautiful grandchild Genesis Garcia. Carlos will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation: Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Christian Fellowship Church, 4220 West 59 th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60629 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Celebration of Life Service to begin promptly at 5:00 p.m.
